Body Beast Day 8 Part 2

Day 8 again... Paul still didn't feel well. We had intentions of doing Body Beast legs, but he needed another day to rest. Soooo I pulled out my second favorite workout, PiYo Sweat!! This is the workout that made me fall in love with Chalene. It felt really good to stretch my legs, and holy crap! I can tricep push-ups now!! Thank you for the help Joel and Jericho. Those Sphinx blasters got my triceps going.

It is kinda cool to go back to old workouts and to be able to do the moves that challenged you. It's like when you're a kid learning to read and you look back at the books that used to be too hard and now they're easy. Growth mindset!!!
