Late night yoga....
When we mess up, it gives us a chance to reflect and plan for the future. I keep forgetting to do yoga on the weekends in the morning when it's my rest day, and this is the 3rd week in a row where I ran out of time. I squeezed in 10 min yoga from Beachbody on Demand to at least check off that I kept my body moving.
Plan for next weekend? GET IT DONE RIGHT AWAY!
