I am so amazed at how my muscles are growing. Like.. guys... seriously. 💪🏽💪🏽

I am loving this app because it's letting me know what I need to work on. I NEED TO EAT MORE FOOD. Weird, right? Usually that is not a problem. And crap, I didn't eat enough veggies?? Weird, I usually eat a bunch. Here's why I am tracking my food: at the end of the 90 days, I want to be able to say that I gave it my all. I want to say that I followed the meal plan and gave it my all. That I didn't sabotage myself. That my results are based on the work I put in. I think in the past, I have felt like something didn't work for me, but when I really look at it, it didn't work because I didn't put in the work. 

 

I want Body Beast to work for me. I am going to put in the work every day with the workouts AND the nutrition. I am not going to be perfect for 90 days, but if I see that I was over or under on food for 90 days, then I can't have complaints that the program didn't work!!
